Connect a wallet
Any Solana wallet works, and its address becomes your hunter id. You never type an email or a password.

Allow location
The detector hears caches up to 900 m away. The server answers each fix with a distance and a bearing, then drops the fix.

Follow the beep
The arrow swings towards the signal, the number counts down, the beep tightens from a slow tick to a trill.

Hold still 20 seconds
Inside 15 m the ring becomes a lock. Stand on the spot while it reads your position, and the cache opens.

The place, the cache and your wallet make the find.
One hash decides the family, form, facets, pigment, inclusions, glow and tier. Feed the same inputs to our server or to your browser and you get the same object; change one input and you get another.

Each find takes a stand on its family's shelf. Fill all five stands of a family and you collect the set bonus, once per family.

Nothing to tap and teleport to
On a map, a spoofer taps a pin and appears on it. GoBeep shows no pin, so a spoofer has to guess where to go, then stand on the spot for 20 believable seconds.
Hot and cold beats a blue line
A blue line turns a walk into a commute. A beep that ticks faster pulls you the extra hundred metres to check.
It costs nothing to run
Map providers bill for every tile you view. The detector draws one ring and a number on your phone, so we can keep the game free to play.

1 in 1.4 cachesA secret seed for the hour decides each find. We publish the seed's fingerprint before the hour starts and the seed itself when the hour ends. Paste the seed into the generator and you rebuild every find of that hour.
A find buys you rank and nothing else. Before launch, finds carry no money value.
Your best three days make the season
You score points for finds, their rarity, finished sets and days in a row. Your season score adds up your 3 best days, so splitting play across ten wallets leaves you with ten weak scores.

Before launch we freeze the table
We snapshot the season table and publish its Merkle root. You can check any wallet against it and see its rank.
A hunter needs 60 season points to make it.
For 10 minutes, only the snapshot buys
At launch, only snapshot addresses can buy for the first minutes, each up to a cap. Everyone else buys once the window closes.
The cap per address is set on launch day.
A multiplier that stays lit while you hold
Snapshot hunters carry a mark next to their name and a multiplier on everything credited after launch: x1.5 for the top 100, x1.2 for the rest. Drop below the minimum balance and it goes dark for good.
The feed and your shelf show the mark as lit or dark.
